Project name: Medical Disposable Gloves

Summary: The project is organized by Saudi and Kuwaiti investors with technical support from Malaysia. Manufacturer location will be in Saudi Arabia. First phase of the factory is estimated at $12 million dollars with production capacity of 410 million pieces per annum. Glove types are Latex and Vinyl. Latex is surgical gloves while Vinyl is for medical examinations.
Feasibility & Economical Studies: The Middle East consumptions of these types of gloves are estimated at 5 billion pieces per annum where 90 % of which is imported. These studies are shared with interested investors on private & confidential basis.
Financing: The project capital will be provided by the Saudi investors on 50 � 50 basis. Saudi investors already identified and ready to go and we are in the process of organizing the second investors for the project. A onetime upfront management fee will be charged to each investor.
Construction: Blue prints are completed and construction period is estimated at 500 days. Machineries and equipment have been identified and negotiated. Factory site is to be sourced out.
Raw Materials: SABIC and GCC as well as others.
Technical Partner: is Malaysian with 50 years of experience in this field and currently operates several factories of the same type. His investment will be technical experience and he will takeoff 50% of the production will be marketed and sold by the technical partner.
